Pavelin Apartments - Split

The apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen and dining area, perfect for cooking our own meals. I can confidently say that I mastered the art of making toast with the toaster provided, even though I usually have a hard time with kitchen appliances! It was a proud moment for me.

we had a nice stay in split adjacent to supermarket and harbour, the historical center and the port, and the port and restaurants. absolutely gorgeous, comfy room, used central heating, an iron, and a satellite tv. we liked the owner.

I absolutely loved staying at these apartments! the location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to the old town and the beach. the room was clean and comfortable, equipped with modern appliances that made it feel like a home away from home. the host was incredibly helpful and gave us great advice on exploring the city. I especially enjoyed the double-paned windows that kept the noise out, allowing for a peaceful sleep.

Luka was accommodating and even had some goodies in the fridge. Easy access to supermarket. Spotless, with great WiFi. Luke was a fantastic owner, flexible and understanding. Highly recommend this pet-friendly, non-smoking apartment.

I always come back to my favorite place in Split. They helped me return my lost documents. It has Wi-Fi, AC, beach access, and pets are allowed. Perfect for a romantic escape.

We had a great experience staying at Pavelin Apartments. the location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Bacvice beach, the old town, and the ferry port. the bedroom and kitchen were spacious, and we had everything we needed for simple cooking. There was a supermarket nearby for any supplies we needed. the apartment was spotless and the WiFi worked perfectly. the owner, Luke, was amazing. He kept in touch with us as soon as we booked and even allowed us to check in early. He was flexible and understanding when our travel plans changed. We highly recommend this apartment. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊.

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and various attractions. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful garden view. We appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. The host, Luca, was really good and made us feel welcome from the start. He was proactive in communicating with us and even accommodated our delayed flight. We also found the nearby supermarket and market with fresh vegetables very convenient. we had a pleasant experience at Pavelin Apartments and would highly recommend it.

While the apartment met our needs, there were a few minor drawbacks. The main bedroom did not have air conditioning, a bit uncomfortable on hot nights.

Super friendly and helpful, he even messaged us before our arrival to make sure everything was smooth. the location was perfect, right near the city center and a supermarket just a short walk away. the apartment was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen.

The pillows on the bed, they were a bit too bulky for our personal preference.

The room had a cozy living room with a comfy sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day of karaoke and casino fun. It made me feel right at home. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area allowed me to whip up some late-night snacks whenever I felt like it. The private bathroom with a refreshing shower and free toiletries was a nice touch for freshening up before hitting the town. Having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room made it easy for me to catch up on my favorite shows when I needed a break from all the excitement. The air-conditioning in all the units kept me cool and comfortable during the hot summer days in Split. The private entrance of the apartment gave me a sense of privacy and convenience. I loved having a toaster in the apartment for quick breakfasts or late-night toast cravings. The washing machine in the apartment was a bonus for keeping my clothes clean and fresh during my stay.

Personally, I could have done without the tile/marble floor in the apartment. It felt a bit cold and slippery at times, but I understand that others may enjoy the elegance it adds to the space.
